After intake, you select the service mix you need. Most clients pair credit restoration with rebuild coaching and monitoring. If you plan to seek business funding later, we align your rebuild steps so nothing you do now hurts you later.

Onboarding and portal access

You receive a secure client-portal login to upload reports, IDs, proof of address, and any creditor letters. The portal is where you track progress, see what we are working on, and message the team.

Your audit and game plan

We review all three bureaus for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. We identify negative items by type, priority, and likelihood of change, then map a 90-day plan that sequences disputes, goodwill requests, validation, or settlements only when they make sense. You will also get clear rebuild steps such as AZEO utilization setup, age and mix strategy, and when to add or avoid new accounts.

Dispute mechanics

We challenge items that are inaccurate, unverifiable, or reported outside the rules. We may use bureau disputes, creditor direct disputes, or targeted validation. For late payments, we pursue goodwill adjustments when appropriate. For collections or charge-offs, we help you decide whether to validate, negotiate, settle, or wait, based on the item’s age, balance, and score impact.

Rebuild and score growth

In parallel with disputes, we implement the fastest realistic score lifts available to your profile. Common levers include utilization optimization, statement-date timing, removing authorized users that hurt you, adding the right starter tradelines when needed, and fixing name and address hygiene so future reporting is clean.

Timeline and expectations

Most clients see movement in 30 to 45 days on the first wave of items because bureaus have response windows. Durable progress usually unfolds across 90 to 180 days as disputes cycle and rebuild actions season. Not every negative item is removable, and not every removal produces the same score change. Your plan focuses on measurable, compounding improvements rather than chasing vanity wins.

Communication cadence

You will receive status updates inside the portal when a dispute is filed, when a response arrives, and when the next action is queued. You can message us anytime. If a creditor calls you, do not agree to anything on the spot. Drop a note in the portal and we will advise you on next steps.
